Who We Are?
The Ecuador Destination Wedding and Event Association is an organization created with the purpose of strengthening the country's wedding and event industry by promoting collaboration, training, and the sector's collective growth.
For the past two years, ABED has worked to connect industry professionals, develop strategic partnerships, and promote destinations across the country, highlighting Ecuador’s cultural, natural, and experiential richness. Through initiatives such as professional training, nationwide tours, and the creation of the country’s first wedding planner directory, ABED seeks to position Ecuador as a leading destination for weddings and events both nationally and internationally, promoting a shared vision based on unity, knowledge, and the authenticity of each region.
